Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC)
Nandan’s Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRCs) are the ideal choice for industries such as factories, warehouses, and industrial plants that require fast, efficient, convenient, and safe movement of products from one level to multiple levels. The VRCs are designed to provide a more efficient movement and storage of materials within a manufacturing, retail, wholesale, or distribution facility, especially where one or more overhead storage or process areas are utilized.

The VRCs are equipped with a specialized rope hoist system, gearbox, and other essential components, mounted at the top. The structure can either be freestanding or supported by the lift shaft, depending on the application. The VRCs can be designed to accommodate heights as high as 25m and carry capacities up to 10 tons.
The VRCs’ principal components include guide columns, carriage, and a mechanical or hydraulic actuating mechanism. These components work together to provide a safe and efficient movement of materials, ensuring a smooth and reliable operation.
