1. Tank & Safety Features:
– Tank Design: Elliptical SS 304 tank with a 950-liter capacity plus 3% vapor space, featuring PESO-approved safety fittings including PV valves, emergency vents, fill pipes, and dip pipes on the manhole cover.
2. Pump & Flow Control:
– Bi-Pump: Battery-operated positive displacement Bi-pump by PUISI, Italy, delivering a flow rate of 50-60 LPM.
– Filtration: 100 mesh Type filter/strainer for clean fuel delivery.
– Flow Meter: K-24 (Digital) or equivalent flow meter by PUISI, Italy, suitable for up to 120 LPM.
3. Hose & Nozzle:
– Petroleum Hose: ¾” or 1” x 5 mtr hose from Gates, with self-retractable rewinding hose reel.
– Nozzle: Aluminium nozzle by PUISI, Italy/OPW, or equivalent for precise fuel delivery.
4. Safety & Enclosure:
– Enclosure: MS enclosure protects major components and the complete fueling module.
– Electrical Safety: Secure electrical connections from battery to DC pump.
– Valves: High-quality butterfly or ball valves in the pipeline for optimal control.
– Fire Extinguisher: Portable CO2/DCP fire extinguisher of 10kg provided for emergency.
