Provision for a pit mounted double scissor lift for loading & unloading of drums
Challenges
Nandan was approached by a company for their material handling requirement wherein they needed a solution to lift goods from the ground floor loading bay to the first floor loading bay .
There was also the need for a solution which would not obstruct flow of work outside.

The Solution
- Nandan designed the customized Lift with a pit mounted Double Scissor lift & installed it for the client in the stipulated time period.
- The Scissor Lift is enclosed by railings on two sides for safety & open on two sides for ease of access of Drums and materials.
- The truck unloads the Drums onto the Scissor Lift which is on the Ground floor flushed to the ground, thereafter lifting the load to the first floor & proceeding further.
