Fitment of truck mounted Column Tail lift for the handling of hippo gas cylinders

Nandan was approached for a unique requirement by a gas distributor for helping them solve their gas handling woes. They needed to safely load & unload their hippo cylinders from the ground level to the platform level & also minimize the use of manual labor.

Solution
We suggested our very own in house designed & manufactured column tail lift for this challenge as it can easily be retrofitted onto almost any truck without any hindrances. Due to the nature of the size of the hippo cylinders we also reinforced the tail lift while increasing the platform length for accommodating the bigger dimensions of the cylinder with the pallet.
