About the Sales Engineer Job

We are looking for a Sales Engineer or Junior Sales Engineer who is passionate about sales and machines. The ideal candidate should have a background in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering and a strong drive to promote cutting-edge products. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting, conducting sales presentations, and maintaining customer relationships, both in-person and through virtual channels like Zoom. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new sales prospects across India through calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person visits.
  2. Provide technical support and product presentations to potential clients.
  3. Understand customer needs and offer solutions that improve their productivity and safety.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including design and production, to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Actively participate in ongoing sales training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  7. Travel across India as required to meet with clients and close deals.

Qualifications

  1. Degree: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering or related fields. MBAs can also apply.
  2. Location Requirements: Must reside within a 1-hour commute to Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, or be willing to relocate to Mumbai.
