Responsibilities:

  1. Handle and nurture leads by communicating effectively through email, phone, and WhatsApp.
  2. Deliver relevant communications and offers to potential clients.
  3. Understand and explain products to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
  4. Use AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance customer interactions and support.
  5. Employ negotiating tactics to close sales, with the ability to involve senior colleagues when needed.
  6. Utilize online systems efficiently to manage customer interactions and sales processes.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in emailing and phone call etiquette.
  3. Familiarity with AI tools, particularly ChatGPT.
  4. Ability to understand products and communicate their value to customers.
  5. Experience using online systems for managing customer engagement.
  6. Educational qualification: Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field such as BBA, BE Mech, MBA, etc.
