QA QC Technician | Job Description
About the QA QC Technician Job
We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Technician to join our team at Nandan GSE Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or ITI qualification with 2-4 years of experience in the quality control field, preferably within the manufacturing or related industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about quality standards, testing, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and quality control tests on materials, components, and finished products.
- Use measuring instruments, gauges, and tools to ensure product specifications are met.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of quality control results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal quality policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality across all stages of production.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Location: Must be based in Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate/commute.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
